About the Company

Adventure Patrol is an Icelandic Destination Management Company here in Reykjavik, Iceland. We specialize in providing vacation packages for couples, families and small to medium sized groups. Whether it's an action-packed itinerary full of activities, or an easy-going and relaxed one, we at Adventure Patrol will customize your vacation to your specifications.

About the Owner

Having been involved in the travel industry for the past 20 years, turning my attention from aviation to tour guide operations has proven to be an enjoyable and welcoming path. Creating Adventure Patrol has been a wonderful experience for me as I have been able to consolidate my interests in Icelandic history with a love for the unique and ever-changing Icelandic nature; I have been able to merge the inner super-truck enthusiast with the keen photographer; throw a storyteller into the recipe and it seems that running my own travel operation was as inevitable as it was logical.  The opportunity of meeting new visitors and telling them about Iceland has been an absolute privilege, one which I am very thankful for!

We realize that the guide can make or break a vacation which is why one of our highest priorities is choosing the right people to join our team.  Emphasis on flexible, easy-going, and personable guides has played a major role in the fantastic reviews Adventure Patrol has received throughout the years.  We are forever thankful for the efforts and role our guides have played in making Adventure Patrol the success story it has turned out to be. 

This coming year will prove to be the biggest ever for tourism not only in the history of Iceland but also in the history of Adventure Patrol, which we hope you, our guest, will become a part of.
